Any items purchased within the US are eligible for a return, refund or exchange. Any items purchased internationally can only be returned for an exchange.
Group orders can only be returned for an exchange. For hygiene reasons, Hats and Fascinators cannot be returned.
Refusing a package, once it has arrived, will have a 20% restocking fee.
If you wish to return any items for any reason, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We do not send out return labels.
Please DO NOT send back any items without contacting us first. Doing so will delay the return process, or you may become ineligible for the return altogether.
In order to return an item, you must obtain a Return Number, which you can do by contacting us. In order to be eligible for a return, all items must be in original, unworn condition with all of the original tags still attached.
Items can be exchanged for other Items of equal or lesser value at no cost to you. Should you decide to be refunded for your returned items, they are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.
Once your return has been authorized and processed, please allow one billing cycle on your credit card to see the credit.
